We welcome every customer on our website. If customers continue to access the website, you are agree to bound by the following shipping & terms stated below. If you do not agree to any shipping & terms stated below, then do not use our website. MoozPack.com reserves the rights to change and modify shipping & terms without any notice.

Moozpack.com use the offset printing method to print almost every single project. So every customer requested to provides its artwork/design in CMYK format. If files are in RGB format and due to this any color shifting/variation to CMYK then moozpack.com will not responsible.

Order Production Time

Once the order confirmed by the customer, we move the order to production. Please note, provided turnaround times are estimated and moozpack.com will not be liable for any delay in production. Almost every order is customized; sometimes few orders production steps take extra time.

Order Shipping & Delivery

We normally use shipping companies like FedEx, UPS or DHL to make delivery of the orders. Delivery and Shipping of the orders solely handle by the shipping companies so moozpack.com is not liable for any delay in delivery and damaged products. If you find any damaged products or delay in delivery you may contact moozpack.com and we will assist the customer in opening the investigation with the respective shipping company to claim the damages.

Return / Refund

Almost every order is customized so refunds are not available at moozpack.com. If customer find issue with the quality of the product and that issue from our end we will immediately reprint the order. Customer must notify moozpack.com within 7 business days and return the full order within two weeks and customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Once the order Placed and Customer somehow would like to cancel the order What to DO?

All orders are customized in natures so at certain steps customers can cancel the order and bear the cancelation cost. Almost every order passes through below steps.

Artwork/Designs files are approved and ready to go for production

If at this stage customer would like to cancel the order then they do not have to bear any order cancelation cost.

Orders send for Pre-Press Process

At this stage if customer would like to cancel the order then customer have to bear the 20% cancelation cost on the order total amount.

Order at Printing & Finishing Stage

At this stage if customer want to cancel the order then customer would have to bear the 70% order cancelation cost on the order total amount. If would not requst to cancel the order at this stage and order move to next stage then order cancelation might not possible.
