What are the delivery charges for orders ?

We are offering FREE shipping on all orders over $99. If there are any remote areas there might be some shipping charges. Below are the states qualified for free shipping.

Which payment methods are accepted for orders?

Our all quotes are in United States dollars unless specifically specify by representative. MoozPack accepts almost all modes of payments: ACH, Check,VISA,MasterCard,American Express, Discover, PayPal, Wire Transfer etc. MoozPack reserve the right to stop accepting any mode or payments from one or more issues.

Will I charge upfront before moving with order Production?

Yes, we normally charge clients upfront before moving forward with the order production unless terms decided by the sales representative.

Yes, your all data will be secure and encrypted with SSL secure server software. After placing order If customer Request any changes in the Order:

After placing order if customer request any changes in the order and its cost extra then our billing team will again demand those charges with your confirmation. We do not charge the client without getting confirmation from the client every time.

How long will delivery take?

We have very fast turn around time. Normally all orders those only have CMYK process take us about 7 business days. And if orders those are of big machines, require corrugation, PMS color process, Foil, Metallized process, Spot UV, embossing/debossing, window patching etc then it might can take few more days to complete these process along with the CMYK process. What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order confirmed. Your order sent for production and production start very next day. Below are the steps order passes through.

  • After confirming the order, pre-press process done as soon as possible and then sent for further process.
  • After Pre-press, plates developed by the files and necessary things which require to ready the die for the project.
  • With the plates developed in previous process printing starts and finished by the printing department.
  • Then job sent to lamination department and after that sent to die cutting department.
  • Once above process done. Job sent to Q&A department so it can ready to pack and ship.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will get order invoice for the order. If in case you did not get any invoice then please demand with your sales representative to get order invoice. Invoice must show all the specifications of the order you requested to sales person. If incase any reason you did not get invoice please sent us an email at [email protected] to get immediate your order invoice.

Can I try the CAD sample before I move with custom order?

Yes, we strongly recommend our customer they must order CAD sample before moving with your full custom order. CAD samples will be plain white and will be fully die-cut according to your custom size and shape.

Why we recommend? you must order CAD sample before moving with full custom order the reason is with CAD sample you can make sure the product which is going inside the box fit perfectly and there won’t be any problem putting the product inside the box as well as you can see the material will be using for your custom order. Why I have not received an order confirmation e-mail?

You must get order confirmation email. If in case you did not get order confirmation email please check your spam folder first. If you still not find then please check if the email provided to us is correct email. If provided email is correct then please contact to your sales representative or email us at [email protected]

 

I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed.

Sometimes it can happen due to very difficult nature of customization or order sometimes in remote areas where specially shipping is not free.
